Return and refund policy

We want you to feel fully satisfied with your purchase from Époque Récit. If for any reason you are not happy, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received it. 

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in the same condition as when received.
• Items must not have been used beyond normal examination.
• Please include any original packaging, authenticity certificates, or tags (if applicable).
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

1. Contact us at epoquerecit@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us securely, and keep your receipt as proof of return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately at epoquerecit@gmail.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
